Founded by self-taught cake designer Alison Chan, Dear Harley is a local bakery that celebrates small-batch, homemade goodies that look as amazing as they taste. In tribute to the festive season at Pacific Place this year, Alison has turned her sugar-art techniques to a cookie that bears (pun intended!) the face of MC Polar, the big and cuddly leader of the Santa Squad at Pacific Place.

2. Chocolate Peppermint Cheesecake and Matcha White Chocolate Cheesecake

When it comes to the queen of cheesecakes, it’s got to be Mama Soo, who perfects the quintessential no-frills classic baked New York cheesecake through the ultimate balance of creaminess, crunchiness and tanginess. Just for the festive season, Mama Soo puts a spin on her classic creation with chocolate peppermint and matcha white chocolate iterations. The perfect sweet end to a holiday dinner at home, each features the face of a “Christmas on Parade” character.
