*Santa’s Grotto ticket sales are available exclusively to above Black, Platinum, Gold, and Blue members, based on their membership status at the time of ticket purchase. Tickets are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis, while stock lasts. Pre-members must have accumulated HK$5,000 or more in eligible annual spending and have upgraded successfully to hold above Blue membership or a higher tier before purchasing tickets.
