Pacific Place presents Hong Kong’s first‑ever juju world, in collaboration with internationally renowned artist CJ Hendry. juju, Hendry’s beloved collectible toy series, recognisable by its signature floppy ears and a flower-decorated eye, is taking over for a fluffy, dreamlike summer of pure joy.
Experience a surreal juju universe like never before, as an enchanted planet comes alive with larger‑than‑life juju characters in vibrant colours. Step into the immersive juju room, featuring over 400 jujus surrounding you in a soft, furry sea of wonder. Explore the captivating juju infinity mirror, along with photo‑worthy moments. Get the Hong Kong limited collection juju blind boxes, alongside oversized juju plushies and curated summer essentials.

juju world Merchandise Store
For the first time, Pacific Place exclusively presents the Hong Kong limited collection juju blind boxes, featuring nine distinctive colourways in a vibrant iridescent palette inspired by Hong Kong’s dynamic metropolitan lifestyle. On top of the nine standard versions, five additional secret versions will be added to the collection as a delightful surprise.
Bring home other limited-edition juju merchandise, including lovable oversized juju plushies, and a wide range of summer essentials specially curated for the collection.

juju Capsule Toy Station
Customise your own juju with our capsule toy machines packed full of fun accessories, including the interchangeable flower eye debuting in Hong Kong. Mix, match and create a one-of-a-kind juju that’s uniquely yours!

juju world Merchandise Store Entry Arrangements
Entry to the juju world Merchandise Store is available via above Member Entry Booking or Walk-in Queue Tickets.
General guidelines:
- Each entry session lasts for 20 minutes.
- Participants are required to arrive 10 minutes before the assigned timeslot for entry.
- The latest admission time is 5 minutes before the end of the designated session. Visitors arriving after this time will not be permitted entry.
- Each Ticket is valid for ONE participant only and may purchase a maximum of 10 Hong Kong Exclusive juju Blind Boxes. One accompanying child aged 12 or below may enter with the ticket holder but will not be entitled for any purchase quotas on juju blind boxes.
- Each ticket holder may purchase a maximum of 15 items per entry, including all merchandise categories. The accompanying child is not eligible for any purchase quota.

above Blue, above Gold, above Platinum and above Black members may redeem an Entry Ticket to the juju world Merchandise Store with 1,000 above points via the Pacific Place App.
Entry Ticket booking for designated dates will be released in phases according to the schedule below.
- 20 July, 3pm – Entry tickets for visits between 23 and 27 July
- 24 July, 3pm – Entry tickets for visits between 28 and 31 July, and 1 August
- Remaining release dates will be announced soon
Each above member is entitled to ONE redemption per release cycle. Entry tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.

On-site Queue Tickets
From 23 July to 16 August, visitors may obtain an on-site Queue Ticket with a designated same-day admission timeslot to enter the juju world Merchandise Store. Please review the following arrangements before joining the queue:
- Same-day tickets will be distributed daily from 10:00am.
- Each visitor is entitled to a maximum of ONE Ticket per day. Queue tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis, while quotas last.
- All visitors are required to register as a Pacific Place above member to obtain a Ticket. Entry will be granted only on the specified date and timeslot assigned to the Ticket. Requests for specific timeslots will not be accommodated.
- Each Ticket holder is required to present their Pacific Place above membership for verification upon entry. Tickets are non-transferable and can only be used for one entry. Re-entry is not permitted after exit.
- To maintain event order, Swire Properties Management Limited reserves the right to request visitors to leave once their session has ended.
