Crafted with a traditional Thai culinary approach, our broth is simmered for four hours using fresh pork blood, pork bones, beef bones, chicken feet, and assorted vegetables, resulting in a deeply rich and layered flavour profile. Each bowl is generously topped with premium ingredients including thinly sliced beef, beef brisket, beef balls, and crispy pork rinds. The combination delivers a robust and comforting taste.
