1. All eligible transactions accumulated within the member's birth month will be eligible for Birthday Bonus Point Rewards upon successful approval, limited to once per calendar year. The maximum number of Birthday Bonus Points to be earned will depend on the member's latest membership tier on the last calendar day of their birth month. To enjoy the Birthday Bonus Point Rewards for the current year, members must provide their birth month during member registration, or update it in the Pacific Place App on or before the last calendar day of their birth month of that year, and complete the email verification process to activate their account in order to earn bonus points on eligible transactions made during the month update and subsequent birth months. All eligible transaction receipts from the birth month must be submitted within 14 days from the date of transaction shown on the receipt. Any late submission of receipts, rewards forfeited due to delayed account activation, or any form of retroactive claims will not be accepted or processed.
2. Once per day, with a maximum of one accompanying guest. Additional entry will be charged at 30,000 above points for each guest or 40,000 above points for two guests (excluding children below 12 years of age).
3. Maximum one visit per day. Each eligible above member may bring a maximum of one guest for every complimentary visit to Pavilion. Additional entry will be charged at 30,000 above points for each guest or 40,000 above points for two guests (excluding children below 12 years of age). Any unused quota cannot be carried forward to the next membership year/calendar month/quarter.
4. Each above Black, above Platinum and above Gold member can link their account with another member's account registered under the above Programme, regardless of their membership tier. Associated Member can only be changed after 365 days from the effective date of the current linkage. The 2 members are required to register linkage as Associated Member at Pacific Place Level L2 Concierge or Level L3 Pavilion (for above Platinum members only) or L4 above Lounge (for above Black members only).
5. Can be used on-top of and within the same day as Pacific Place or Three Pacific Place’s “3 Hours’ Free Parking” Promotion. Members must register their eligible receipts via Pacific Place App, or at Concierge Desks of Pacific Place (Level L1 or L2) or Three Pacific Place (Level B3) to enjoy this privilege.
6. The complimentary hours for Valet Parking must be utilised on a daily single entry and a consecutive basis per day. Extra Valet Parking hours will be charged at the rate of 6,000 above points OR HK$100 per hour. Terms and conditions apply.
