Shake Shack

Shake Shack just shacked up at Pacific Place! Along with their cult classic burgers, fries and shakes, you’ll also find three mouthwatering local menu specials including Matcha Golden Bell (vanilla custard, matcha marshmallow, candied ginger and shortbread cookies), and the Hong Kong exclusive Milk Tea Shake, blended with vanilla custard and black tea. Plus, just for the holiday season, sip on three limited-edition holiday shakes – Christmas Cookie, Chocolate Peppermint and Hazelnut. We’re salivating.

The Ski Project Pop-Up

First launched in Niseko last year, The Ski Project has found its new home in Pacific Place just in time for the holiday season. Discover a highly curated offering of winter staples that’ll work on and off the slopes, including plenty of Asia-exclusive brands such as Toni Sailer, YNIQ and Ski Helmet. The pop-up space, designed by New York architect Christian Kotzamanis, is also worthy of a second look – made with Japanese washi paper, it values both creativity and the environment.

Baekmidang Pop-Up

Korean ice cream favourites Baekmidang are bringing their unique style of sweet treats to Pacific Place. Discover creative desserts including a Fresh Malaysian Durian Milk Ice Cream or Milkshake, made in collaboration with durian expert DurianBB. You’ll also find Artisanal Chestnut Ice Cream, spiked with cinnamon and garnished with shaved chestnut crumbles. Need coffee? Order a strong medium latte or large cappuccino and receive a complimentary sleek black eco-tumbler. You’ll also get $5 off every future coffee if you bring your reusable cup!
