Dim Sum Library, located in Pacific Place, Admiralty, reopens on May 1st in a spectacularly reimagined space following a substantial renovation. Remaining faithful to its trademark contemporary Oriental style, the restaurant’s new look seamlessly weaves together innovative new elements and nostalgic reminiscences of Hong Kong dim sum culture. Signature dishes include the Dan dan xiaolong bao and Black truffle har gau - shrimp dumplings. Guests are invited to honour the age-old tradition of yum cha – drinking tea – and can enjoy a full selection of classic cocktails, wines and spirits, and bespoke Chinese tea cocktails served from a stunning chinoiserie cocktail bar.
