Pacific Place is enhancing connectivity across the community through the extension of the Three Pacific Place Tunnel to Six Pacific Place and improvements to the surrounding pedestrian environment. To facilitate modification works and ensure compliance with fire safety and relevant government regulations, the Three Pacific Place Tunnel will be temporarily closed from 12 September 2026, with a target reopening of the existing tunnel by summer 2027. The tunnel extension to Six Pacific Place is expected to open to the public by summer 2028. During the closure of the Three Pacific Place Tunnel, umbrella service will be available on rainy days at designated locations across Pacific Place, Three Pacific Place and Six Pacific Place, providing support for journeys across the community.
