How to Redeem Free Parking Hours by Points?
Members can redeem free parking hours with their above points after entering Pacific Place Car Park. Select “Contactless Parking” under “Parking” Page via Pacific Place Mobile App and follow the steps below:
1. The ‘1-hour Free Parking’ offer only applies to above members in Blue or above tiers who have already activated their Contactless Parking Service.
2. above members can redeem the ‘1-hour Free Parking’ via Pacific Place Mobile App only upon entering Pacific Place carpark with Contactless Parking.
3. The ‘1-hour Free Parking’ offer can be used in conjunction with other parking promotions, including the Free Parking Promotion and Pacific Place Offices App offer. Members need to visit the Level L2 Concierge Desk to redeem these parking promotions.
4. The ‘1-hour Valet Parking’ offer only applies to above members in Blue or above tiers who have already parked their car at the Level L4 Valet Parking Counter (next to the Two Pacific Place taxi rank).
5. above members can redeem the ‘1-hour Valet Parking’ offer upon car pick-up at the Level L4 above Lounge (only for above Black members) or Level L2 Concierge Desk.
6. The ‘1-hour Valet Parking’ offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other parking promotions, including the Free Parking Promotion and Pacific Place Offices App offer.
7. All parking hours must be used within the same day of redemption. Hours will not be re-issued in case of expiry.
8. Swire Properties Management Limited reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions of this promotion without prior notice.
9. In case of disputes, Swire Properties Management Limited reserves the right of final decision on all related matters.
10. In the event of discrepancy or inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
