How to Redeem and Use the e-Vouchers4
Step 1: Go to ‘Reward’ → ‘Redemption by Points’ and redeem an EV Charger e-Voucher.
Step 2: Go to ‘My Wallet’ and find your redeemed EV Charger e-Vouchers, select the number of e-Vouchers you wish to use, and click ‘Redeem’.
Step 3: Pacific Place Mobile App will redirect to the E-Charge (HK) App and click ‘Confirm’ on the e-Voucher redemption box.
Step 4: Before checking out, click ‘Use’ on the reminder box to use the e-Vouchers.
1. Commencing 15 minutes after the charging process terminated, part of a minute is charged as a full minute. We reserve the right to impound or remove vehicles that improperly use the EV parking facility.
2. Points redemption is valid for above members only. Pre-members are not eligible for the redemption.
3. The E-Charge (HK) HK$10 EV Charger e-Voucher will be valid for 30 days upon the redemption date and will not be re-issued in case of expiry.
4. The charging service is provided by E-Charge (HK). Please register as an E-Charge (HK) member before redeeming the E-Charge (HK) HK$10 EV Charger e-Vouchers.
