Marseille-based fashion designer Mickaël Azoulay created American Vintage in 2005. Initially wanting to make an impact in the fashion world by reinventing the basics comprised of tees and tanks, the collection has grown since into a fully –fledged ready –to-wear line of chic yet comfy separates with core and staples that fit the modern closet. Primarily crafted from lightweight, ultra-soft cottons in a range of cheerful rainbow colours and complementing by original pigmentary tones, the authentic simplicity of American Vintage is what makes the brand earning a place in the wardrobes of many individuals. To this day, American Vintage, based in the South of France, with Azoulay’s determination of running it as a small family business, represents novelty, felinity and comfort.
