Famed Tokyo-based seafood izakaya Uoharu opened its first location outside of Japan in Central, Hong Kong, in October 2018, with a second location opening in Pacific Place in 2021. From the food to the dinnerware, and the interior to the staff uniforms, Uoharu aims to convey the understated yet tasteful ambience of an authentic Japanese izakaya.
