Morty’s is the quintessential New York deli, which launched in Hong Kong in 2016 and was founded by Brian Tock. Tock’s grandfather, Morty Sazant, was a butcher and emigrated from Europe to New York in 1920 and brought with him generations of meat-preserving know-how, which have been passed through the generations.
