Sustainable Office Solutions - Exclusive for Pacific Place Office Tenants

Hong Kong's First Circular Furniture Showroom Has Arrived!

Pacific Place and Taikoo Place tenants can now access a range of circular furniture services provided by Sustainable Office Solutions (SOS), a sustainable asset management specialist.

A showroom supported by Swire Properties is now showcasing premium commercial furniture, thoroughly assessed by SOS. Furniture brands include Herman Miller, Minotti, Steelcase, Wilkhahn and others, now available for purchase exclusively to Pacific Place and Taikoo Place tenants. Any unwanted furniture can be sustainably redistributed through SOS' professional inventory management service, with detailed project impact reports documenting landfill diversion rates and carbon emission savings.

Do your part to help achieve net zero by 2050 by choosing to be a part of a circular economy with hand selected, as good as new furniture. Saved from being sent to landfill, the items are deep cleaned, carefully stored and ready for delivery. Book an appointment to visit the Quarry Bay showroom now by booking your visit here.

Over 500 pieces of furniture with a total weight of over 18,000kg have already been diverted from the landfills for repurposing, recycling, or donation through the partnership between Swire Properties and SOS.
