As hairy crab season is around the corner, guests can celebrate with an array of exceptional crab delicacies paired with the celebrated Tai Diao Wine or selected red wine for a wonderful gourmet experience at yè shanghai, Pacific Place.

Highlight dish includes Baked Stuffed Crab Shell, a smooth, silky dish created with crabmeat and egg white.  Another main fare is the Drunken Freshwater Crab in Taidiao. It presents the authentic freshness of the crab as it is first soaked in beer, then boiled until cooked, immersed in Taidiao for one day and refrigerated before being served for maximum flavour.

 

For those who simply can’t choose from the à la carte options, a set menu of thirteen dishes (HK$ 880/ guest)  is available for diners to enjoy along with complimentary Tai Diao Wine.

 

From tempting starters to a scrumptious dessert,  the hightlights are Tea Leaves Smoked Egg, "Drunken" Chicken,  Sliced Pork Terrinethe ultimate delicacy Braised Bird's Nest with Fresh Water Crabmeat and Steamed Whole Fresh Water Crab etc.
