Discover the diversity of Chinese teas with Dim Sum Library’s limited-time culinary creations. The new Tearoom Collection is the latest instalment of the restaurant’s “Tea-Infusion” concept – a celebration of Chinese tea as an integral part of Chinese culture and cuisine.

The Tearoom Collection introduces five new dishes and four bespoke drinks where the flavours and aromas of popular Chinese teas are infused with the menu items.

Available from 31 July to 31 October only, come explore the diverse flavour profile of Chinese teas served all day in the elegant Chinoiserie tearoom.
