Convert your redemption points between Swire Properties Malls!

From now until 30 June 2025, above members can now convert redemption points to Citygate Outlets 'CLUB CG' and Cityplaza 'LIVE+' on a 1-for-1 basis.

To convert your redemption points, please go to “Home” → “Member Centre” → “Point Conversion” in the Pacific Place Mobile App.

Terms and Conditions:

1. The promotion period is from 17 April to 30 June 2025.
2. Only above Blue/Gold/Platinum/Black members of Pacific Place above Loyalty Programme, Official members of Cityplaza LIVE+ Membership Programme and members of Citygate Outlets CLUB CG Membership Programme can participate in this promotion.
3. Members must convert their above redemption points to LIVE+ Points and/or CLUB CG Points member account via the Pacific Place Mobile App.
4. Conversion rate for the membership redemption point is set as 1 above Point = 1 LIVE+ Point = 1 CLUB CG Point.
5. No cap is applied on the number of redemption points conversion made during the promotion period.
6. The available redemption points for conversion are subject to the member’s available redemption points balance, maximum conversion limit and previous conversions. Redemption points converted from LIVE+ or CLUB CG member account to above member account will not apply to the available redemption points for conversion, and vice versa. Members should always refer to the "point history" in Pacific Place Mobile App for the past conversion record(s) and the latest available redemption points can be converted.
7. If a member converts redemption points from their above member account to their LIVE+ or CLUB CG member account, the converted points shall be subject to the Terms & Conditions of LIVE+ or CLUB CG including but not limited to the expiry date of redemption points, and vice versa.
