Advanced Fibre-Optic Telecommunication System

Equipped with two telephone exchanges using diversified fibre optic cables and twin risers, Pacific Place Office tenants are guaranteed a telecom system where they can operate with complete security and confidence.

Three-Compartment Trucking

Pacific Place Offices provide tenants with flexibility in floor, ceiling or curtain wall trunking for their telephone, power and computer cabling.

Automated Building Management

All plant and security systems utilise a direct digital control system, and are monitored 24-hours a day.

Flexible Air-Conditioning

The air-conditioning system is designed to cater for a population density of approximately eight sqm per person. Additional cooling capacity is provided for tenants' computer equipment.
