Spending at Pacific Place is made even more pleasurable with our valet parking service. Just drive to Level L4, outside Two Pacific Place, and show your virtual membership card. Our parking valets will take care of everything else.

Enjoy 3 hours of free parking at Pacific Place or Three Pacific Place upon cumulative same-day electronic spending at designated shops of Pacific Place / Three Pacific Place / Starstreet Precinct with a) HK$500 any time in the day; OR b) HK$300 after 5pm.

Strollers and wheelchairs can be borrowed from the Concierge Desk on Level L1 from 10am to midnight and the Concierge Desk on Levels L2 from 10am to 10pm daily. A deposit of HK$500 is required for the strollers lending service.

Pet Strollers can be borrowed from the Concierge Desk on Level L1 from 10am to midnight and the Concierge Desk on Level L2 from 10am to 10pm daily with a deposit of HK$500.

The Concierge Desks provide a complimentary mobile phone battery lending service from 10am to midnight on Level L1 and the Concierge Desk on Level L2 from 10am to 10pm daily with a deposit of HK$100.

Enjoy wireless mobile charging service on Level L1 (near Shop 113, Level 1) from 9am to 10pm daily.

The baby changing rooms on L1 and L2 provide safe and hygienic areas for parents and babies in comfort and privacy. The rooms are open from 8am – 9pm daily.

Umbrellas can be borrowed from the Concierge Desk on Level L1 from 10am to midnight and the Concierge Desk on Level L2 from 10am to 10pm daily with a deposit of HK$100.
