	1. Umbrella lending service Umbrellas can be borrowed from the Information Counter at L2 from 10 am – 12 midnight daily with a deposit of HK$100.
	2. Cell phone battery re-charging service The Information Counter on L2 provides a complimentary mobile phone battery recharging service from 10 am – 12 midnight daily.
	3. Three-hour free parking Customers can enjoy three-hour free parking with just a spending of HK$1,000 at Pacific Place Mall. Simply present your receipts for redemption at our Information Counter at L2.
	4. Baby changing room The baby changing rooms on L1 and L2 provide safe and hygienic areas for parents and babies in comfort and privacy. The rooms are open from 8 am – 9 pm daily.
	5. Strollers and wheelchair lending service Strollers and wheelchair can be borrowed from the Information Counter at L2 from 10am – 12 midnight daily.
