The latest dining concept from the Windy City Group is set to shake up the fast-casual dining scene in Hong Kong. Metropolitan Café doesn't just offer quality, healthy food, it offers the food completely made-to-order in natural and relaxed surroundings.

There's a salad bar where you point at large bowls of tasteful ingredients and dressings, and a roast chicken station where you can choose a whole or half bird. Together with a salad or pasta, you've got yourself a hearty meal to bring home.

Large display counters show off the cafe's freshly prepared sandwiches, wraps, juices and soups. Those less concerned by the health-conscious slant to the menu will be buoyed by the news that there's still room for desserts and other such delicacies. The newly introduced Asian food corner with fast and fresh Asian favorites, such as Hainan Chicken Rice, Roast Sliced Ramen and Seafood Udon give more choices.
