COVA Patisserie was founded in Milan in 1817 on the corner of the famous Piazza della Scala. With a rich heritage of more than 190 years, COVA has a distinct inimitable image and identity that has surpassed the test of time.
When it first opened, the tantalizing aromas of COVA's pastries; confectioneries, cappuccino and espresso filled the air, tempting European royals and aristocrats. Since then, COVA has always been a place of leisure, somewhere to see and to be seen, relax and meet with friends and acquaintances before and after the opera to sample some scrumptious delights.
In 1993, COVA inaugurated its first Pasticceria-Confetteria boutique in Hong Kong, followed by the first Caffe Ristorante in 1994, and soon became an institution. The prestigious image and high standards are maintained at all costs because they carry the name COVA, representing the excellence of Italian delicacies and service.
