Nicholini's
The uniquely designed restaurant situated on Level 8 specialises in Northern Italian cuisine, delicious homemade pastas and is Conrad's signature restaurant. Nicholini's has been voted "Hong Kong's Best Restaurant" by Hong Kong Tatler for the last 19 consecutive years. Signature dishes include angel hair pasta with Maine lobster, fresh tomatoes, grilled veal with morel mushrooms and sage potato sauce. Nicholini's was named "Insegna Del Ristorante Italiano" (Best Overseas Italian Restaurant) by the President of Italy, 1998 - 2000.
