JW’s California launches new dining concept
Great Steaks, Chops and Seafood with a Decidedly Contemporary Twist
The Chef de Cuisine of JW's California, Christopher Smith meticulously crafts his new menu with a modern flair to complement the fresh look of the restaurant. With the concept of Great Steaks, Chops and Seafood with a decidedly contemporary twist, "A Natural Kitchen" is born. Stylish and lively, fresh-for-the-eyes table top with a sleek ambience are all set to showcase a distinctive dining experience.
JW’s California is located on level 5 of the hotel. Lunch and dinner are available daily from 12 noon to 3 pm and from 6 pm to 11 pm respectively; Japanese brunch is on offer on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 12 noon to 3 pm. The private room provides an exclusive dining experience perfect for a party of 22.
