The Chef de Cuisine of JW's California, Jordi Villegas Serra meticulously crafts his new menu by using the finest quality ingredients and transformed classics with his own unique style.
Chef Jordi’s menu is innovative, yet approachable featuring dishes including 36 month cured 5J Spanish Iberico ham, Roasted blue eye cod, Seafood saffron risotto and Crispy suckling pig confit.
Seafood brunch is on offer on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays from 12 noon to 3 pm. Two private rooms provide an exclusive dining experience perfect for a party of 22.
