Environmentally friendly external curtain wall

The building is clad with Low-e-double-glazed, thermally-insulated panels set in aluminium frames with fluorocarbon paint coating, to maximise sunlight infusing the offices whilst reducing heat penetration.

Efficient floorplate

The side-core building's typical floorplate is approximately 15,000 square feet, with an exceptional core-to-curtain depth from 45 to 64 feet to enable a stylish low-density office, efficient high-density plan or even a high-visibility trading floor.

Miconic-10 Intelligent lift access control system

Tenants may access the intelligent lift system via the main lobby by using the personal octopus smart card. The system minimises passenger travel time and raises the level of security.

Raised flooring system
